OUR JOURNEY
The story of Thanusri Venture began long before its name was established.

The firm traces its roots back to M/s. Janakiammal Periasamynadar Constructions, founded on 8th December 2011. The organization was named in honour of Smt. P. Janaki and Sri. M. M. P. D. Periasamy, whose values of integrity, dedication, and perseverance continue to inspire the organization today.
2017
As the construction industry evolved and the demand for specialized engineering services increased, the company expanded its vision beyond traditional construction. This transformation led to the establishment of Thanusri Venture in 2017, with a renewed focus on structural engineering, project management consultancy, building assessments, rehabilitation, retrofitting, and technical consultancy.

While the name changed, the values remained the same—professionalism, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering engineering solutions that stand the test of time.

With more than 20 years of experience in structural consulting, construction, and building assessment, he has guided numerous projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
His approach combines technical precision with practical problem-solving, ensuring that every recommendation is not only structurally sound but also economically viable and tailored to the client’s needs.
